Selena Seiler offers nutrition coaching, online consultations, group programs, online courses, and offline events in Switzerland. Services are provided online via video call and in-person in Zug, Switzerland.
2. Booking & Registration
By submitting a registration or consultation request through our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Receive a confirmation and follow-up from us within 24 hours
First consultations are complimentary and non-binding.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal). We accept major credit and debit cards.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:
- You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- The payment information you provide is accurate
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Individual consultations: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
- Events (e.g. Skin Party): tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us
- Online courses and programs: no refunds after access has been granted

Our nutrition coaching services are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal details shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Selena Seiler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
